strawberries, fried mushrooms, curd, chopped liver, etc.) and golubtsy —
cabbage rolls stuffed with minced meat.Ukrainian cuisine has a variety of dairy
meal as well as sweet pastry, including doughnuts, cakes and other cookies. The
